Polyphenols, the 'magic' ingredients of wine

Do you know why wine is good for your health?
The answer lies in a high molecule called 'polyphenols.' Polyphenols are naturally made from plants, and come in more than ten kinds.
In the case of grapes, rinds and seeds, not flesh, contain much polyphenol. More than 90% of polyphenols in grapes are found in the seeds and skins. Therefore, the amount of polyphenols in red wine is 10 times greater than that in white wine.
