Turning the key lets the dead bolt of the Hinaka anticrime lock in and out. The dead bolt revolves 90 degrees, and it slightly "bites into" the door. |

Dimensions of the dead bolt Cross-sectional area: 288 ?, and projection : about 20 mm. Quality of the material: chrome plated zinc die-cast with 4 mm-in-dimeter stainless steel rod inside. Therefore, it is not easy to cut the dead bolt with hand saws. |

The cylinder of the Hinaka anticrime lock works with the pin cylinder. To lock or unlock the door, insert the key into the cylinder and then turn it. |

It is difficult to use the key in cases where the door and the door frame are very close. Hinaka anticrime locks tilt slightly toward the door (when properly installed) for comfortable use. |
